1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Console (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Use of service

Our service (“Console”) is an AI-assisted platform for strata management. You must use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and any applicable laws.

3. Connected accounts and third-party APIs (Google, Microsoft)

When you use features that connect to third-party accounts (such as Google or Microsoft/Outlook), your use is also subject to the relevant provider’s terms. We request only the minimum permissions necessary to provide the features you use. Our handling of data from these providers is described in our Privacy Policy; we do not use such data for advertising, selling to data brokers, or other purposes prohibited by provider policies.

Google. Console’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By connecting your Google account (e.g. Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive), you also agree to the Google APIs Terms of Service.

Microsoft. Console’s use of the Microsoft identity platform and Microsoft Graph adheres to Microsoft’s terms and policies. By connecting your Microsoft or Outlook account (e.g. Mail, Calendar), your use is also subject to the Microsoft identity platform for developers Terms of Use and, where applicable, the Microsoft Graph API terms. Our application presents a privacy statement that discloses how we collect and use user data, as required by Microsoft’s application requirements.

4. Accounts

You may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, transmit harmful or illegal content, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data. You must not use the service or any data obtained through it (including via third-party APIs such as Google or Microsoft) in any way that violates the relevant provider’s terms or policies.

6. Intellectual property

We own or license all rights in the service and its content. You receive no ownership rights except a limited licence to use the service as permitted under these terms.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Outputs from AI features are for assistance only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law. For material changes affecting your use of connected-account features (e.g. Google, Microsoft), we may notify you as required by applicable or provider policy.
